Yes, we deliver locally within Windsor-Essex County. All plant purchases are delivered locally, by hand, and as such shipping is unavailable at this time for those items. Please make sure to select the local delivery option at checkout.
It is currently not possible to open up existing orders to modify or add on to it. We would advise you to check and make sure you have selected everything you require before placing an order.
Yes, if you would like us to repot your plants, whether they were purchased through us or elsewhere we would be happy to repot it for you! Send us a message and include plant size and variety and we will send you a quote directly. Prices may vary depending on if you require other supplies like new nursery pot or just soil.
Wheat + Thistle carries a variety of tropical and indoor plants, gardening and plant supplies as well as carefully curated home décor items. If you cannot find what you are looking for let us know and we will try to locate it for you through special order.
Plants are living, perishable items and just like living things they require proper environmental care. Our job is to choose the healthiest plants for you. However, once the plant is delivered to you it is beyond our control. There is no 100% guarantee that a plant will survive or thrive in your space. We recommend you contact us at info@wheatandthistle.com at the first sign of distress so we can help at an early stage.
If a plant dies within the first 3 days, we will replace it free of charge for a similar item available. After 3 days we will offer a 25% discount on a new plant purchase, taxes and delivery may apply. We will require a photo and the order number.
